Let's talk how to solve staff problem đŁ

You know how staff wahala dey be

As a vendor ehn, business in Naija is not easy at all
If itâs not supplier wahala, itâs delivery wahala
But the one wen pain pass na staff wahala!
Imagine hiring someone to make business easier but they na still added to your stress!
Itâs enough to make anybody cry!
But every problem has a solution and I have tips!
First things first ehn, have a contract.
The way it will save you stress!
Let them see what theyâre getting into:
work hours, salary, duties, time off, public holiday etc
Donât say Iâm a small business so I canât give this.
Youâre dealing with a human being.
Set rules from the start.
How many sick leaves will you offer?
Will it be counted with their normal days off?

Second, treat your staff with respect from the beginning.
Omo people youâre mean to wonât stress their self on top your matter!
Also build a relationship with them.
Donât allow overfamiliarity oh!
People will cross the line if youâre overfamiliar.
So call it out immediately it happens the first time!
Appreciate them & praise good results.
Offer benefit for very good performance that boost business sales.
âBut 001 some people will still frustrate youâ

I agree so hereâs how to handle that one:
First, hear them out & donât jump to conclusions
Itâs hard, especially when you think 2 and 2 are adding up!
Speak to them first. Ask whatâs wrong.
Check up and make sure to follow every issue.
Then make sure you have consequences for bad conduct!
See ehn, people will always misbehave!
Itâs better to have how to handle it when it happens
so choose what will make you to fire somebody,
what will make you to deduct payment etc.
If youâre ready, you can handle almost anything.
No kill yourself, you no deserve stress pass wetin you plan.
If the matter pass inside staff to external problem, you know what to do!
